LOCATION
The Caborredondo Rural Inn will be our meeting point. A traditional Cantabrian country house in a unique and tranquil setting. Located in the heart of nature, next to the coast, surrounded by green meadows and idyllic beaches.
This will be our meeting place on Friday evening, where we will give you your event kit and where you can meet the other adventurers. It will also be the starting and finishing point of the route. Undoubtedly, a place that perfectly embodies the spirit of this challenge.








COURSES
EXPEDITION: 500k route with 12000m of elevation gain
Highlights: La Estranguada, Portillo de Lunada, Merindades, Ebro, Montaña Palentina, Picos de Europa, Oyambre.
ADVENTURE: 220K route with 5500m of elevation gain
Highlights: Valles Pasiegos, Saja-Besaya, Oyambre.
LITE: 115K route with 2700m of elevation gain
Highlights: Ibio, Brenes, Saja-Besaya, Oyambre.
CATEGORIES
SOLO: Alone and completely autonomous, for all courses.
Pairs: All courses will have a pairs or doubles category. Teams can be male, female, or mixed.

In addition to being our event venue, the Posada Rural Caborredondo offers accommodation for participants who wish to enjoy a restful break both before and after the challenge.

RULES
1. Event Overview
NonStop Gravel Cantabria is an ultra-distance, self-supported cycling challenge. Participants will cover approximately 500 kilometers and 12,000 meters of accumulated elevation gain on trails, tracks, and secondary roads, following a route provided by the organizers.
2. Format and Philosophy Event
The event is a non-stop, bikepacking, and self-supported event. Given the nature of the event, there will be no support vehicles or ambulances. Total self-sufficiency: no external assistance, no support vehicle. Each participant must be able to handle any unforeseen circumstances independently (mechanical issues, weather, navigation, nutrition, rest). Stopping at public establishments (bars, shops, accommodations, etc.) is permitted.
3. Registration and Requirements
Must be 18 years of age or older. Must have a bicycle in good working order. A certified helmet is mandatory. GPS required (track navigation). Front and rear lights (mandatory use at night or in low visibility). Accident insurance valid in Spain. The registration fee includes: The route in GPX format. Participant bag. Breakfast before the start. Food and drinks at the finish. By registering, the participant fully accepts these regulations. If for any reason a participant cannot participate in the event, no refund will be issued.

5. Route and Navigation
The route will be provided in GPX format a few days before the event. Intentionally deviating from the route is prohibited. If you leave the track, you must rejoin it at the same point. The organizers may modify the route for safety or weather reasons.
6. Monitoring and Tracking
Each participant will carry a tracker provided by the organizers. Tracking will be publicly available (online) during the event. There will be no physical checkpoints, except for verification points along the route.
7. Safety
It is mandatory to obey traffic laws. The event takes place in natural environments and on open roads. Participants must exercise extreme caution. In case of emergency, contact 112 and the organizers.
8. Assistance and Penalties
External assistance is prohibited, except for that provided by shops, bars, accommodations, or public services available to all. Any unsportsmanlike conduct will result in disqualification.
9. Withdrawal
If a participant withdraws, they must notify the organizers as soon as possible. Transportation from the point of withdrawal is the responsibility of the participant.
10. Responsibility and Acceptance
Each participant assumes the risks inherent in cycling in natural environments and on open roads. The organizers are not responsible for accidents, damages, or losses suffered during the event. Registration implies full acceptance of these regulations. The signed “Participant Declaration” must be submitted, which informs participants of the risks involved in participating and releases the Organizer from any liability in the event of any incident or accident arising from their participation in NonStop Gravel Cantabria.
11. Image Rights
The organization may use images, videos, and testimonials captured during the event for promotional and informational purposes.
12. Environmental Policy
Absolute respect for nature and the environment. Littering outside of designated areas is prohibited. Any violation of this policy will result in immediate expulsion from the event.
